Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, sliced zucchini, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil and spread the mixture evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
