Quick and easy sliders using leftover turkey and cranberry sauce for a delicious post-Thanksgiving meal.
Ingredients

- 2 cups leftover turkey, shredded
- 12 slider buns
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Slice slider buns in half and spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves.
- Layer shredded turkey on each bun.
- Spread cranberry sauce over the turkey.
- Top with Swiss cheese slices.
- Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
- Brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle with thyme.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use leftover roasted turkey for best results.
- Adjust cranberry sauce to taste.
- Swap Swiss cheese for cheddar if preferred.
