A simple and healthy baked white fish dish with fresh lemon and dill.
Ingredients

- 4 white fish fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place fish fillets in a baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle minced garlic and chopped dill over the fish.
- Arrange lemon slices on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use cod, haddock, or tilapia for best results.
- Fresh dill works better than dried.
- Check fish at 15 minutes to avoid overcooking.
