Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk yogurt, sugar, eggs, and oil until smooth.
- Add flour, baking powder, salt, and lemon zest. Mix until combined.
- Stir in lemon juice.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before slicing.
