Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use canned or fresh pumpkin puree.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Top with cream cheese frosting if desired.
