Ingredients

- 2 cups chopped mushrooms
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 cups cubed bread
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
- Stir in kale, walnuts, thyme, and sage. Cook until kale is wilted.
- Combine the vegetable mixture with bread cubes in a large bowl.
- Pour in vegetable broth and mix until evenly moistened.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use stale bread for better texture.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
