Description

A simple and delicious no-bake dessert featuring Oreo cookies layered with a creamy filling.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • Chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush 24 Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×9-inch pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and fold in whipped cream.
  3. Spread half of the cream mixture over the Oreo crust.
  4. Prepare pudding with milk and let it thicken slightly. Spread over the cream layer.
  5. Add the remaining cream mixture on top.
  6. Crush remaining Oreos and sprinkle over the top. Chill for at least 4 hours.

Notes

  • For best results, chill overnight.
  • Substitute whipped topping for heavy cream if desired.
  • Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
