Description

A quick and easy one-pot cheeseburger pasta recipe that combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with pasta for a hearty family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Add beef broth, milk, diced tomatoes, macaroni, salt, pepper, and mustard powder.
