Description

A simple and delicious one-pot pasta dish with creamy tomato sauce and fresh spinach.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in diced tomatoes, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
  4. Add pasta and 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add spinach and stir until wilted.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

  • Use any pasta shape you prefer.
  • Add cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
