- 1 cup fresh or frozen peas
- 1 cup tiny mozzarella balls (ciliegine)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- Boil peas for 2-3 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, peas, and mozzarella balls.
- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Sprinkle with fresh basil before serving.

- Add cherry tomatoes for extra flavor.
