Description

A refreshing frozen cocktail made with rosé wine, peaches, and a hint of sweetness. Perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) rosé wine
  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 2 tbsp honey or simple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Pour the rosé into ice cube trays and freeze overnight.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen rosé cubes, frozen peaches, honey or simple syrup, lemon juice, and ice.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste with more or less honey.
