Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Orange food coloring (optional)
  • Small pretzel sticks (for stems)

Instructions

  1. Mix peanut butter, honey, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Add a few drops of orange food coloring if desired and mix until evenly colored.
  3. Shape the mixture into small pumpkin-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Press a mini chocolate chip into the top of each pumpkin for the stem.
  5. Insert a small piece of pretzel stick into the top to resemble a pumpkin stem.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set before serving.
