Description

A delicious fusion of pecan pie and cheesecake, combining creamy cheesecake with the rich flavor of pecan pie.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  4. Pour over crust. Bake for 50 minutes.
  5. Combine pecans, corn syrup, brown sugar, and butter. Spread over cheesecake.
  6. Bake for 10 more minutes. Cool before serving.
