- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Pour over crust. Bake for 50 minutes.
- Combine pecans, corn syrup, brown sugar, and butter. Spread over cheesecake.
- Bake for 10 more minutes. Cool before serving.

- Let cheesecake cool completely before slicing.
