- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges.
- In a large bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt.
- Gradually stir in evaporated milk until smooth.
- Pour filling into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use homemade or store-bought pie crust.
- Let the pie cool completely to set the filling.
- Serve with whipped cream if desired.
