Description

This Pineapple Strawberry Swirled Slushie is a vibrant, tropical drink made with frozen pineapple chunks, strawberries, coconut milk, and juice. It’s naturally sweet, dairy-free, and beautifully swirled for a refreshing, Instagram-worthy summer treat. Perfect for kids, parties, or even an adult twist with a splash of rum!

Ingredients

Scale
  • Pineapple Layer:
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • Strawberry Layer:
  • 1½ cups frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup orange juice or water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make the Pineapple Layer:
  2. In a blender, add frozen pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and honey. Blend until smooth and thick. Transfer to a bowl and place in the freezer while you prepare the next layer.
  3. Make the Strawberry Layer:
  4. Rinse the blender, then add strawberries, orange juice (or water), lemon juice, and sweetener. Blend until smooth.
  5. Layer & Swirl:
  6. In serving glasses, alternate spoonfuls of each layer. Gently swirl using a straw or spoon for a marbled effect.
  7. Serve:
  8. Top with a swirl of extra pineapple mix (use a piping bag if desired), garnish with fresh mint, and enjoy immediately.

Notes

You can substitute coconut milk with any plant-based milk or extra pineapple juice.

Add a frozen banana to the pineapple blend for extra creaminess.

For an adult version, add a splash of rum or vodka to the pineapple layer.

To store, freeze blended layers separately and thaw slightly before re-blending for later use.
