- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a food processor, combine basil, pistachios, Parmesan, and garlic.
- Pulse until finely chopped.
- With the processor running, slowly add olive oil until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the pistachio pesto.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra crunch, reserve some chopped pistachios to sprinkle on top.
