- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Combine feta, cream cheese, olive oil, and lemon juice in a food processor
- Blend until smooth and creamy
- Transfer mixture to a serving bowl
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle black pepper
- Top with pomegranate seeds and chopped pistachios
- Serve immediately with crackers or bread
