- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes

- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 2 cups vegetable or beef broth
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in pumpkin puree, diced tomatoes, beans, and broth.
- Season with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
