Description

Delicious brownies with a pumpkin cream cheese swirl for a perfect fall treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients to make the brownie batter.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  6. Spread brownie batter in the pan, then dollop cream cheese mixture on top.
  7. Swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before cutting into squares.
