Description
A homemade version of the popular Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, combining cold brew coffee with a creamy pumpkin spice topping.

- 1 cup cold brew coffee
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Prepare cold brew coffee and pour it into a glass filled with ice.
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until smooth and frothy.
- Gently pour the pumpkin cream mixture over the cold brew coffee.
- Stir lightly before drinking to combine flavors.
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
