Description

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread, cubed
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Place bread cubes in the dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, brown sugar, vanilla, and spices.
  4. Pour mixture over bread and press down to soak.
  5. Drizzle melted butter on top.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden.
