- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup water (adjust as needed)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix sourdough discard, flour, and salt.
- Add olive oil and water, then knead until a smooth dough forms.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer to the baking sheet, add toppings, and bake for 12-15 minutes.
