A smooth and creamy dip made from red lentils, perfect for snacks or appetizers.
Ingredients

- 1 cup red lentils
- 2 cups water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp tahini
Instructions
- Rinse the red lentils under cold water.
- Boil lentils in water for 15 minutes until soft.
- Drain excess water and let cool slightly.
- Blend lentils with garlic, olive oil, cumin, salt, lemon juice, and tahini until smooth.
- Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Add a splash of water if the dip is too thick.
