- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, toss pumpkin cubes with garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
- Serve warm.
