Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the pistachio pudding mix with cold milk until smooth.
- Fold in half of the whipped topping until well combined.
- Layer half of the crushed cookies at the bottom of a serving dish.
- Spread the pudding mixture over the cookies.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with crushed cookies and chopped pistachios.
