- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Mix chicken broth, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken using two forks.
- Mix well with the cooking juices before serving.
