- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add to the wet ingredients.
- Spread half the batter into the prepared pan.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle half over the batter. Repeat layers.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra richness, add chopped nuts to the streusel.
