A refreshing and spicy twist on the classic margarita, perfect for summer. Combines sweet watermelon with a kick of heat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed
- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz triple sec
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1–2 slices jalapeño (adjust to taste)
- Ice
- Salt or tajin for rimming the glass (optional)
Instructions
- Blend watermelon until smooth. Strain to remove pulp if desired.
- In a shaker, combine watermelon juice, tequila, lime juice, triple sec, agave syrup, and jalapeño.
- Add ice and shake well.
- Rim a glass with salt or tajin if desired.
- Fill the glass with ice and strain the margarita into it.
- Garnish with a watermelon wedge or jalapeño slice.
Notes
- Adjust jalapeño amount based on your spice preference.
- Use seedless watermelon for easier preparation.
- For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with ice.
