- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
- Fold in strawberries and rhubarb.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Let the loaf cool completely.
- Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice. Drizzle over the loaf.
