Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup chopped fresh rhubarb
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

  3. Add oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
  4. Fold in strawberries and rhubarb.

  7. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice. Drizzle over the loaf.
