- 3 tablespoons cold butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, pecans, and cold butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the sweet potato mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

- For smoother texture, blend sweet potatoes before mixing.
- Can substitute walnuts for pecans if preferred.
