Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add eggs, oil, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
- Fold in apples and walnuts.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
