- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain.
- Return macaroni to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Stir over low heat until butter melts.
- Add shredded cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Transfer to a thermos immediately to keep warm.
