Ingredients

  • 1 cup red lentils
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 small carrot, diced
  • 1 small potato, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
