- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 1/4 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a small jar or bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well until fully mixed.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- Before serving, top with mixed berries.
- Stir gently and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a smoother texture, blend the oats before mixing.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use fresh berries if available for better flavor.
