Ingredients

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
