Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, egg, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Use a spoon to press the center of each bread slice to create a shallow well.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly into the wells.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the topping sets and turns golden.
