Instructions
- Whip the softened butter using a hand mixer or whisk until light and fluffy (2–3 minutes).
- Use a spatula to spread the butter in swirls across a serving board.
- Sprinkle the chopped herbs evenly over the butter.
- Drizzle honey over the top, followed by a pinch of flaky sea salt.
- Garnish with edible flowers and optional lemon zest. Serve with bread or crackers.
Notes
