Instructions

  1. Whip the softened butter using a hand mixer or whisk until light and fluffy (2–3 minutes).
  2. Use a spatula to spread the butter in swirls across a serving board.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped herbs evenly over the butter.
  4. Drizzle honey over the top, followed by a pinch of flaky sea salt.
  5. Garnish with edible flowers and optional lemon zest. Serve with bread or crackers.
