- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chunks
- 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add to the butter mixture.
- Fold in white chocolate chunks and macadamia nuts.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges are golden. Let cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
Notes
- Use room-temperature butter for even mixing.
- For extra crunch, toast macadamia nuts before adding.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
