Food processor or blender
Mixing bowl
Microwave-safe bowl
Baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Spoon or small cookie scoop
- 1 package 14 oz Oreo cookies
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Crush Oreo cookies (with filling) in a food processor until they turn into fine crumbs.
In a bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs with the peanut butter until a thick dough forms.
Roll the dough into 1-tablespoon-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Freeze the balls for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, then place back on the parchment to set.
Let them set at room temperature or chill again to speed it up.
Avoid natural peanut butter, as it may make the dough oily or too soft.
You can decorate the tops with crushed Oreos, sprinkles, or a drizzle of white chocolate.
Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
