  • Large rectangular or oval serving platter
  • Small bowl (for blueberries)
  • Paring knife
  • Paper towels (for drying fruit)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • cups yogurt-covered pretzels

Instructions

  • Wash all fruit and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  • Slice strawberries in half lengthwise.
  • Place a small bowl in the top-left corner of your platter and fill it with blueberries to represent the "stars" section of the flag.
  • Arrange alternating rows of strawberries and yogurt-covered pretzels across the rest of the tray to form the flag's stripes.
  • Adjust spacing and rows for visual balance and symmetry.
  • Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!

Notes

For added variety, substitute raspberries or cherries for strawberries.
Use gluten-free yogurt pretzels if needed.
Assemble the platter just before serving for best appearance and texture.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Keep pretzels separate if you want them to stay crunchy.
