Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup, if using. Stir until smooth.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick using a spatula.
Scatter sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and any optional toppings evenly over the yogurt base.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.
Once frozen solid, break into pieces and serve immediately. Store in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
Use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan version. Mix and match berries and toppings to suit your taste. Perfect for a quick summer snack!
