Berry Frozen Yogurt Bark

Ingredients
  

Yogurt Base

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla, preferably full-fat
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup strawberries fresh or frozen, sliced
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup optional: blackberries or pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup granola optional
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds or walnuts optional
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips or cocoa nibs optional
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut optional

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup, if using. Stir until smooth.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick using a spatula.
  • Scatter sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and any optional toppings evenly over the yogurt base.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.
  • Once frozen solid, break into pieces and serve immediately. Store in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan version. Mix and match berries and toppings to suit your taste. Perfect for a quick summer snack!
