Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or chopped
  • 6 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers crushed
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Stir until smooth.
  • Fold in the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon (reserving a little for topping), and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the casserole.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with reserved bacon and parsley before serving.
