This refreshing Dragonfruit Mango Slush is a vibrant, healthy tropical drink made with frozen fruit, coconut water, and a splash of lime. It’s naturally sweet, alcohol-free, and perfect for hot summer days. Kids and adults alike will love the bright color and frosty texture!

Equipment

  • High-speed blender
  • Citrus juicer (optional)
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Spatula or spoon
  • Chilled glasses for serving

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango peeled and chopped (frozen)
  • 1 cup frozen dragonfruit chunks pink or white flesh
  • 1 cup coconut water or cold filtered water
  • 1 –2 tsp honey or maple syrup optional, depending on sweetness of fruit
  • Juice of 1 small lime
  • Ice cubes optional, for thicker texture

Instructions

  • Freeze the fruit: If using fresh mango or dragonfruit, freeze for at least 2 hours before blending.
  • Add to blender: Combine frozen mango, frozen dragonfruit, coconut water, lime juice, and sweetener if using.
  • Blend: Blend until smooth and slushy. Add a few ice cubes if needed to thicken.
  • Taste and adjust: Add more lime or sweetener to balance flavor as desired.
  • Serve immediately: Pour into chilled glasses and enjoy with a straw or spoon!

Notes

For a creamier texture, add a splash of coconut milk.
Watermelon juice can be used instead of coconut water for a fruity variation.
Turn leftovers into popsicles: pour into molds and freeze!
Store extra slush in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 week. Re-blend with a splash of water before serving.
For added freshness, blend in a few mint leaves.
