- 1 package 14 oz Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 package 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 container 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 cup pastel-colored candy-coated chocolates such as M&M’s
- 1/2 cup mini Oreo cookies for topping
In a food processor or with a rolling pin, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
Spread half of the crushed Oreos evenly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch glass dish.
Spread the creamy pudding mixture evenly over the Oreo base.
Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreos on top.
Decorate with pastel-colored candies and mini Oreo cookies.
Use softened cream cheese and butter for the smoothest texture.
Fold gently when mixing in the whipped topping to keep the mixture light and fluffy.
Feel free to swap the vanilla pudding with cheesecake or white chocolate pudding for a fun twist!
