Easy Chicken Club Pasta Salad
This Easy Chicken Club Pasta Salad is packed with grilled chicken, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, and tender pasta tossed in a creamy dressing. - 2 cups cooked penne pasta or bowtie/farfalle
- 2 cups grilled chicken breast sliced
- 4 slices bacon cooked and chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped romaine or green leaf lettuce
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (optional garnish)
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside to cool.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, and shredded cheddar.
Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss until evenly coated.
Garnish with chopped parsley and extra black pepper, if desired.
