Grandma’s Lime Green Jello Salad with Cottage Cheese & Pineapple

- 1 cup water
- 2 packages lime Jello 3 oz each
- 1 cup cottage cheese

Boil Water: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
Dissolve Jello: In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the two packages of lime Jello in the boiling water, stirring until completely smooth.
