Ingredients

  • 1 can 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven according to the crescent roll dough package instructions (typically 375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper if desired.

  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  • Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll each triangle from the wide end toward the point, enclosing the filling inside.
  • Place the filled crescents onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving and enjoy warm!

For extra flavor, sprinkle powdered sugar over the rolls after baking or drizzle with a simple lemon glaze.
Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for the smoothest filling.
You can add fresh berries to the filling for a fruity twist!
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the fridge for up to 5 days.
