Ingredients

  • Cheesecake Layer:
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Brownie & Topping:
  • 1 batch brownie batter boxed or homemade
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce plus extra for drizzling
  • Optional: chopped Milky Way candy bars

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Line your baking pan with parchment paper.

  • In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  • Spread the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer.
  • Spoon the remaining brownie batter on top and gently swirl it with a knife or spatula.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
  • Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are slightly pulling away.
  • Let the brownies cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
  • Drizzle with extra caramel before serving, if desired.

Notes

Use a fudgy-style brownie for best results (not cakey).
Room temperature cream cheese will blend more smoothly.
You can freeze individual slices wrapped in parchment and foil for up to 3 months.
Add a pinch of espresso powder to the brownie layer to intensify the chocolate flavor.
Want it extra indulgent? Chop up Milky Way bars and press them into the top before baking!
