  • 1 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup optional, for sweetness
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract (if using).
  • Whisk together thoroughly to avoid clumping. Let sit for 5 minutes, then whisk again.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until it reaches a thick, pudding-like consistency.
  • Layer or top with fresh mixed berries before serving.
  • Garnish with coconut flakes or granola if desired.

Notes

You can blend the pudding before chilling for a smoother texture, or leave the chia seeds whole for a classic feel.
