Pineapple Ginger Beer Mockta

This Pineapple Ginger Beer Mocktail is a refreshing, non-alcoholic summer drink that combines sweet pineapple juice, juicy blackberries, fresh lime, and spicy ginger beer. It’s light, fruity, and perfect for warm days or any time you want something bubbly and booze-free.

Equipment

  • Tall glass
  • Muddler or spoon
  • Spoon or straw (for stirring)
  • Strainer (optional)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh blackberries
  • 3/4 cup chilled pineapple juice
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 cup chilled non-alcoholic ginger beer
  • Ice as needed
  • Optional garnish: lime wedge fresh mint, extra blackberries

Instructions

  • Add blackberries to the bottom of a tall glass and gently muddle until juicy.
  • Pour in the pineapple juice and squeeze in the lime juice. Stir to combine.
  • Fill the glass with ice.
  • Top with ginger beer and give it a gentle stir.
  • Garnish with lime, mint, or extra berries if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a less sweet version, replace part of the pineapple juice or ginger beer with sparkling water.
You can use frozen blackberries—just thaw before muddling.
To make it for a crowd, multiply ingredients and mix in a pitcher. Add ice and ginger beer just before serving.
Use a strainer after muddling if you prefer a smoother texture without fruit pulp.
Want a slushie-style drink? Use frozen pineapple and berries and blend instead of muddling.
